You will know how to stage yourself with physical choices that tell your story every time and learn to be comfortable with both movement and stillness so your body knows what to do at every moment.  Class work will also concentrate on tricks to relax you, helping you focus more on storytelling as well as discovering how to move through introductions and transitions with confidence. Join us and learn to master your monologue!

Music - Learning to prepare an audition is an essential skill for any aspiring theater artist. This class will focus on supporting students in presenting a strong audition that showcases their skills and talent. Participants will work on their singing technique and will be provided with one-on-one coaching in class. Participants will come away at the conclusion of the workshop with a musical theater song that is audition-ready.  Additionally, participants will gain a better understanding of their whole voice and body connection, and a stronger level of confidence in their audition, callback, performance, and presentation skills.  The weeklong class will feature:  breaking down the song to understand character and personal connection; audition skills - what to bring, how to present yourself to an audition panel; one on one voice coaching in a master class format, where students can learn from watching each other; individual song selection for each student, selected personally by the instructor.
